Summer Reading 2021

Summer Reading isn't just for kids this year! Both children and adults can participate and enter to win some great raffle prizes.

Kids will automatically earn ONE raffle ticket each time they visit the library between 7/14 and 8/14, ONE extra raffle ticket for each book they check out (up to 5 per visit), and FIVE raffle tickets each time they attend a Summer Reading event at the SWPL. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see this year's prizes. All kids who participate will receive a free ice cream from Stewart's Shops!

**Kid's raffle drawing will take place during our Teddy Bear Picnic on Saturday, August 14.**

Adults will have to work a little harder to earn tickets.  Adults can earn raffle tickets by reviewing books they check out from the SWPL between 7/12 and 8/21. Each book review will get one ticket.  Review forms are available at the circulation desk.  Adults are eligible to enter a drawing for a beautiful box full of gift certificates to local businesses.  Thanks to Bennington Bookstore, Cozy Corners, Green Mountain Detecting, Mountainside Therapeutic Massage, and Threat Neutralized Bakery for generously donating gifts for our raffle!

**Adult raffle drawing will take place during our book sale on Saturday, August 21 (rain date of Aug 28)**

Uncharted Wild’s most popular program! 9-10 animals come along for our biggest reptile show! Included are an arachnid, amphibian, tortoise, and some larger snakes and lizards. No registration required.

Fabulous Beasts
